We bought at Parkside because we are from Victoria and knew the location was one of the best in the city to have a property. Because of this it could not fail to be great investment for ourselves and our family for the future. We have no qualms that it will go up in price and give us some retirement income.

Meanwhile being able to meet people from all over the world in the owners' lounge is something you just can't buy - and having the Spa is a bonus as well. When it opens, we look forward to being tourists in our own town, and being proud that we are also owners of a beautiful property that people will be talking about, and we can say, 'We are owners at Parkside!'"
