“I plan on going to Hawaii, Whistler and France”

I'm from Victoria and when I bought at Parkside my friends could not understand why I'd buy a vacation home ten minutes away from my house. What they didn't clue in on is that I'm not planning to spend my vacations at Parkside - I plan on going to Hawaii, Barbados, Whistler and maybe a week in France. With my purchase I have access to over 4000 resort destinations worldwide through the RCI network. I can exchange my vacation home with any of these resorts around the world.

I'm a local Parkside purchaser because I plan on using the swimming pool and fitness centre each weekday morning before work. I'm also going to use the Owner's Lounge as a place to bring clients for meetings. While I use all the the amenities, my vacation home will be generating an income to support its cost. The first thing that I'm going to do when the Parkside Victoria Resort & Spa doors open is take the elevator up to the Owners Lounge and enjoy the view of the SkyPark with my favorite glass of wine in hand.
