“I want to spend more time with my family”

"I bought my fractional unit at Parkside Victoria because I have family in British Columbia and want to spend more time with them. I also love to travel and hope to use Points to visit other continents. My four grown children are looking forward to the Points too. I'll have to grab mine first!

From the beginning, I recognized that fractional ownership in a new downtown Victoria building was prime real estate and a good investment if I should ever want to sell in the future. Once the doors open, I will spend my month of June at Parkside with a few friends from my walking group in San Diego."
