The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Green Building Rating System ensures sustainable building design, development, construction, operations and maintenance and is internationally accepted. LEED® certification measures buildings' performance in the areas of sustainable site development, water and energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
