The City of Victoria was rated the second-best place to live in Canada, according to the annual ranking in MoneySense Magazine.
Victoria scored high in areas such as "weather, air quality, culture, number of doctors per capita, the unemployment rate, and the ability to walk and bike to work," a Times Colonist article published on March 28, 2011 noted.
